Dr Andrew Morgan is an HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist, Medico-Legal Expert and EMDR Consultant with over 15 years' clinical experience. He has provided independent psychological assessments and medico-legal reports since 2018, accepting both claimant and defendant instructions.

His specialist expertise includes psychological trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, the psychological impact of physical illness and injury, and work-related stress. Dr Morgan undertakes medico-legal assessments across personal injury, clinical negligence, employment, criminal injury and other civil matters. He has completed specialist Bond Solon expert-witness report-writing training and offers face-to-face assessments in Liverpool and remote assessments where appropriate.
