Dr Samah Boulis is an experienced General Practitioner and medico-legal expert witness with a broad clinical background spanning primary care, urgent and out-of-hours care, trauma and orthopaedics, and rehabilitation. She currently works as a Senior Clinical Navigator within NHS 111/GP Clinical Assessment Services in London. 

Dr Boulis has undertaken extensive expert witness training with Bond Solon and the Expert Witness Institute and is an Associate Member of the Editorial & Training Committee of the Expert Witness Institute. She has also published articles examining clinical negligence issues in primary care, including delayed referral, informed consent and communication
