About 

Mr Saiidy Hasham is a Consultant Plastic and Burns Surgeon with extensive experience in reconstructive surgery, trauma-related soft-tissue injuries, and burns management. His clinical practice focuses on complex wound reconstruction, lower limb trauma, and microsurgical techniques.


He provides expert opinion in medico-legal cases involving burn injuries, scarring, wound complications, and reconstructive plastic surgery. His experience includes the assessment and management of traumatic injuries requiring soft-tissue reconstruction and multidisciplinary orthoplastic management.


Mr Hasham practices at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, where he treats both adult and paediatric patients. His work includes burn surgery, complex wound reconstruction, and reconstructive procedures following trauma. He is actively involved in service development, teaching, and multidisciplinary care within the major trauma network.

Expert Witness & Report Preparation Experience

Mr Hasham began medico-legal report writing in 2024 and prepares expert reports in cases involving burns injuries, reconstructive surgery, wound complications, and plastic surgery trauma.


He has completed Bond Solon training in Excellence in Report Writing and produces medico-legal reports in accordance with CPR Part 35 requirements.

Turn Around Times

Mr Hasham aims to provide reports promptly and efficiently. Typical turnaround times are: 10–14 working days for standard cases are 14–28 working days for complex cases are 5–10 working days for urgent cases.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are 60 days from the date of invoice. However, we understand the funding structures within medico-legal work and are able to agree extended payment arrangements, where appropriate, subject to written agreement at the point of instruction and internal compliance checks. Extended arrangements may be agreed for up to 36 months, depending on the nature of the matter and the instructing firm.
